B.L.T. Lobster Roll
Sea Salt Roll
This sandwich is a combination of a B.L.T. sandwich and a Traditional Maine Lobster Roll.
Serves 6 / Prep Time:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine the lobster, bacon, Lemon Aioli, onion, celery, fennel, and parsley in a bowl and gently mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly brush each hot dog roll with the egg and season with salt. Bake in the oven until golden, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Fill each hot dog bun with the lobster salad. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and arugula and serve immediately.
