- Place the shrimp, garlic, oil, parsley, paprika, and salt into a resealable plastic bag. Mix thoroughly to coat the shrimp. Place the bag in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade and discard the marinade. Thread the shrimp on the skewers.
- Grill the shrimp over direct high heat until just cooked through, turning once, about 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and arrange on a platter. Squeeze the lemon over the shrimp and serve immediately.
