Chef Dominic Orsini

As the executive chef of Silver Oak, Dominic Orsini takes inspiration and ingredients from the seasons as well as the winery's vineyards, cellars and gardens. His philosophy is centered on creating cuisine designed to enhance the enjoyment of wine. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a Level I Sommelier.
