Pinot and Pizza at Twomey's Spring Release Celebration!

It was a gorgeous day in the Napa and Russian River Valley this past Saturday as we celebrated the Spring Release of our Appellation Pinot Noirs and Estate Sauvignon Blanc. 

Without a cloud in the sky, visitors to Twomey Cellars’ locations in Calistoga and Healdsburg were greeted with a welcoming taste of our crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, perfect for an ideal spring day in wine country, and then provided generous pours of our Anderson Valley, Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noirs.  Chef Dominic Orsini and his team of culinary pros also treated guests to freshly baked artisan, wood-fired pizzas throughout the afternoon.

Bailey Haws, an Executive Assistant from San Francisco who visited us at Twomey Healdsburg, gushed about the Sauvignon Blanc.  “It’s so refreshing and perfect for an afternoon like this to just sit and enjoy with friends while taking in a gorgeous view like this,” she said while motioning towards the vineyards and the Russian River below Twomey Healdsburg’s grounds.

Chul Yim, a technology consultant based out of Freemont, California made the trip to Healdsburg on his way back from a meeting in San Francisco specifically for Twomey’s Spring Release. “All of the Pinots are absolutely superb,” he said.  “I’m looking forward to adding them to my cellar.”

Also on-hand at the Healdsburg event to pour for guests and answer questions was Twomey Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc Winemaker, Ben Cane.

The Spring Release Party also marked the launch of Club Twomey, Twomey Cellars’ new wine club where fans are treated to regular shipments of our new releases and member pricing on reorders and special events.
