Napa Valley Release Day is Coming!

We’re excited to celebrate the release of our 2009 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon on Saturday, February 1st at 10 a.m. at our Oakville winery.

This is the 31st vintage of our Napa Cabernet and the first vintage where we employed the use of Berry Sensory Analysis in our Napa Valley vineyards, allowing us to pick fruit at optimal ripeness.

Our Director of Winemaking, Daniel Baron, describes the 2009 Napa Valley Cabernet as “a ripe, rich, layered, yet elegant wine.  It has a dark, ruby color and a complex nose of cassis jam, mocha, violets and nutmeg.  On the palate, the wine has a delectable berry-laden entry and a rich, mouth-coating mid-palate.  The tannins are beautifully integrated and the wine has a long, satiny finish.”

We hope you'll join us for our Release Day celebration here in the Napa Valley on Saturday, February 1st.  Tickets are available here.
