Experience a bespoke tasting of our signature Cabernet Sauvignon wines from Alexander Valley and Napa Valley. Led by a wine educator, enjoy our current release vintages paired with exclusive, curated selections for an unforgettable tasting experience.

Enhance your tasting experience with a Chef Board add-on featuring house-cured salami, artisan cheeses, olives, nuts, crackers, and dried fruit. Serves 1-3. $50/per board.

a bold, one-of-a-kind pairing experience that reimagines iconic American flavors with the craftsmanship of Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon.

April 6-June 29: Cabernet and Brunch Bites
Indulge in three expertly crafted brunch bites, including a new take on the classic lox and bagel, plus two other inspired small plates that showcase Cabernet’s versatility in ways you never imagined.

February 16-March 30: Cabernet & Caviar
This experience pairs the rich, nuanced flavors of our Napa Valley and Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignons with the silky, briny elegance of two premium caviars and curated accouterments, offering a beautiful balance of texture and flavors.

Join us for a hands-on workshop hosted by the Silver Oak Culinary Team, where you’ll learn the art of crafting a beautiful charcuterie and cheese board—our signature Chef’s Board.

This immersive experience highlights locally sourced cheeses, artisanal cured meats, and gourmet accompaniments, all thoughtfully paired to complement our current release Cabernet Sauvignon. Along the way, our chefs will share professional techniques to help you elevate presentation, flavor pairings, and your next gathering at home.

Whether you’re a passionate home cook, an avid entertainer, or simply a lover of food and wine, this one-day event promises a deliciously creative afternoon at Silver Oak.
