Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours of receipt. To provide you with the best service possible, all orders will be shipped via 2-Day Air Monday – Friday during the holiday season. Overnight is also available as an option.

Freight and taxes (if appropriate) are calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. Please note that a signature from an adult (21 years or older) is always required upon delivery. Please call for international delivery options.

Required Legal Notice

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. The order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No delivery to P.O. Boxes. Privacy

The shipping information related to an order (but not the purchase information) will be shared with the shipping company that Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars use for any given order. If an order is being shipped directly from one of Silver Oak and Twomey partners rather than from the Silver Oak Cellars warehouse, the shipping information (but not the purchase information) will be shared with that partner.
