Grand Vintners Dinner at the Denver International Wine Festival

Please join David Duncan, President of Silver Oak Cellars, at the 2008 Denver International Wine Festival’s Grand Vintners Dinner Fundraiser and Auction to help raise money for the John S. Davies Scholarship Endowment Fund. Denver University’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management (HRTM) Executive Chef Paul Schutt, former Executive Chef of The Capital Grille and Jax Fish House, will collaborate with guest chef Bertrand Bouquin, Executive Chef of the Broadmoor’s Penrose Room and Summit Restaurant to create a spectacular five course menu. David will pour our 2004 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 2003 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon to pour with this exquisite dinner.

During the auction, attendees will have an opportunity to bid on premium auction items that include a 3 Liter Magnum of 1994 Silver Oak Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon.

All of the proceeds generated from this evening will benefit the John S. Davies Scholarship Endowment Fund to help students of the HRTM School.

The dinner and auction is limited to 150 guests.
